I did not receive my Password Reset/Confirmation Email and I can't go live, what should I do?

If you have sent yourself the confirmation number required to go live, and have not received it yet, there are a few reasons this may happen.

1.  Incorrect Email Address

Please double check the email address that you entered when signing up with Mijireh and ensure that it is the same email address you are expecting to receive your confirmation.  You may also want to check that you have not misspelled the email address.

2. Confirmation Email sent to Spam

You can check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email has been sent there.  If so, just move it back to your inbox and click on the link to confirm.  In the future, just add info@mijireh.com to your contacts to prevent that from happening.

3. Gmail Users check the Promotions tab

Gmail has a new split inbox that sends emails like ours into a Promotions tab.  Check that inbox to see if the confirmation email has ended up there.
