Cannot log into account

I cannot log into my account. I tried to reset my password several times, but I never get an email with the link.  I contacted customer service 2 days ago and am still waiting a response.   Meanwhile, my customers are unable to checkout.  This is really frustrating.  Any ideas as to how to fix this?  Or how to get a quicker response from customer service?
