Can't seen to get any support!

Why does it seem like their is no support for Mijireh. Can't get any answers to my questions!!!

    I cannot seem to get a simple question answered either and it's time sensitive as to whom I need to be using for CC processing on my site.

    Historically we've been handling support through the ticket system and just using the forums for tips and things. We are starting now to monitor the forums more diligently for support related issues and we'll also be posting more help articles as well. If you are still having trouble, please let me know how we can help. Submitting a support ticket is still the best way to handle a specific issue you are having so that we can drill down to solve your particular problem. If the solution is generic enough to apply to other folks we'll post an article about how to solve the problem in the forum. We've been growing really quickly so thank you for your patience with us as we beef up our support team.

    One year later and this lack of support is still a problem.
    I purchased a priority support ticket for $49 on March 19, 2014 and it's March 25, 2014 and I still haven't heard a word from Mijireh. I feel like my money (which was instantly charged to my credit card) and my questions are going into a great abyss.

    Yes. Same problem here. Is it possible to run a business where you charge a fee and simply never deliver the service? Unbelievable.
